6. குரு தத்வம்

குரு தத்வம் 

*விண்டிடாதவனைக் கண்டிடாதவனை வழிகொடுக்கும் குருவென்பது

கண்ணிலாதவனும் *விண்ணிலாதவனைக் கண்டுசொல்லுவது போலது

*அன்பின்சாதனையில் கொண்டவேதனையில் வந்துதெய்வம் குருவாகுது

பின்புசோதனையில் வந்தபோதனையில் ஆத்மஞானம்உரு வாகுது

*விண்டிடாதவன்=சொற்களால் வரையறுத்துச் சொலப்படாத இறைவன்

*கண்டிடாதவனை = இறைத்தன்மையை அடையாளம் கண்டுகொள்ள இயலாதவனை

*விண்ணிலாதவனை = விண்ணில்+ஆதவனை

**அன்பின்சாதனையில் கொண்டவேதனை = த்யாகம்

இறைவனே குரு

தென்படாத-இறை தன்னை-என்-குருவாய் கொண்டு-உய்வதும் எப்படி 

இங்கிலாதபடி அங்கிருக்கும்-குரு ஞானம்-தருவதும் எப்படி

தென்படாத-உரு கண்கொடுத்து ஒளி-காணச் செய்வதும்-எப்படி

என்றிருக்குமுன் சின்ன-அறிவினால் வந்த-கேள்வியா உருப்படி ?

கண்படாததால் அந்த-மின்-விசை ஆற்றல்-இழந்துமா போச்சுது

தென்படாத-ஓர் அருவ-விசையில்தான் காந்தம்-இரும்பினைக் கவருது

கண்படாததால் இரவில்-சூரியன் மறைந்து-இறந்துமா போச்சுது

மீண்டும்-காலையில் அதனின்-கதிரினால் உலகை-வெளிச்சமாய் ஆக்குது

**வெள்ளம்-ஓடுமோர் ஆற்றின்-இருபுறம் தாயும்-குட்டியும் இருக்குது

இல்லம்-இன்மையால் வெள்ளக்-கொடுமையால் பிரிவு-ஒன்று-உரு..வானது 
உள்ளம்-ஒன்றினால் ஆமைத்-தாயுமே குட்டி-தன்னையே வளர்க்குது

வெள்ளம்-வற்றிட தாயும்-குட்டியும் ஒன்றிலொன்றென்று  ஆகுது

ஆய்ந்திடாமலே கண்ட-எவரையும் குருவுமாகவே நினைத்து-நீ

ஓய்ந்திடாமலே அவரின்-வெற்று-சொல் போல-நடப்பது என்பது

உணவிலாமலே விஷமருந்தி-நீ பசியைப்-போக்குவது மற்றுமே

கண்ணிருந்தும்-நீ பாழும்-கிணற்றிலே குதித்து-விழுதலைப் போலுமாம்

பிறர்-நலத்திலே கவனம்-கொண்டு-மெய் சேவை-தன்னையே செய்திடு

செலவிலாமலே பெரிய-சொத்தென தூய-நெஞ்சினை அடைந்திடு

உன்னுளத்திலே அந்த-இறைவனை குருவுமாக-நீ வரித்திடு

உன்னிடத்திலே வந்திடாதவன் எங்கு-செல்லுவான் பார்த்திடு

"My Guru never expected any other thing from Me. He never neglected Me, but protected Me at all times. I lived with him, and was sometimes away from him; still I never felt the want or absence of his love. He always protected Me by his glance, just as the tortoise feeds her young ones, whether they are near her or away from her on the other side of the river bank, by her loving looks. Oh mother, My Guru never taught Me any Mantra, then how shall I blow any Mantra in your ears? Just remember that Guru's tortoise-like loving glance gives us happiness. Do not try to get Mantra or Upadesh from anybody. Make Me the sole object of your thoughts and actions; and you will, no doubt, attain Paramartha (the spiritual goal of life). Look at Me whole-heartedly, and I in turn look at you similarly. Sitting in this Masjid, I speak the truth, nothing but the truth. No Sadhanas, nor proficiency in the six Shastras, are necessary. Have faith and confidence in your Guru. Believe fully, that Guru is the sole Actor or Doer. Blessed is he who knows the greatness of his Guru and thinks him to be Hari, Hara and Brahma (Trimurti) Incarnate."
